Daher signed a memorandum of understanding with Tenex, a subsidiary of Rosatom, to continue and expand nuclear activities in Russia.
Daher and Tenex plan to continue working together for unique nuclear fuel related technology and capabilities. Through this MOU, both companies will explore the opportunity and feasibility of a potential collaboration with each other and joint initiatives that could lead to the development of a mutually beneficial business.
Tenex has a need to transport a range of different nuclear and radioactive materials to be delivered to or from Russia, as well as the storage and book-transferring thereof. It is looking to expand its current business into the area of rendering transportation, storage, packaging, handling and other logistics services to different nuclear fuel cycle market businesses in partnership with Daher. Daher supplies equipment to the high-technology industries.
