DPSP APAC 2027 Calls for Abstracts and Special Sessions

The 21st IET International Conference on Developments in Power System Protection 2027 Calls for Abstracts from Professionals

In a world focused on energy transition, addressing extreme weather events, and integrating inverter-based resources, industry professionals are invited to the 21st IET International Conference on Developments in Power System Protection (DPSP APAC 2027), scheduled to take place from 6-9 January 2027 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Hong Kong. This world-leading forum will bring together over 250 industry leaders, researchers, and innovators from the Mainland of China, Hong Kong, and other APAC countries and regions.

The DPSP APAC 2027 calls for professionals and scholars to submit abstract papers or special sessions for consideration by the conference’s organising and technical programme committees.

Key dates for the submission of the abstracts include:

  • 15th May 2026 – Abstract Submission Deadline
  • 12th June 2026 – Author Notification
  • 4th September 2026 – Full Paper Submission Deadline
  • 16th October 2026 – Author Notification
  • 6th November 2026 – Author Registration Deadline

Successful authors presenting at the DPSP APAC 2027 will have their papers published on the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, and submitted for indexing in IET Inspec, Ei Compendex, and Scopus Elsevier.

The DPSP APAC 2027 serves as the second Asia-Pacific edition, offering a unique platform to shape strategies for grid resilience and reliability. Attendees will gain valuable insights from keynotes, paper sessions, industry forums, a Women in Engineering forum, and senior executive forums. Specialists in power system protection and substation automation will explore evolving technologies, future networks, and grid protection applications.
