Vivint Solar (NYSE: VSLR), a leading provider of residential solar energy systems in the United States, and Brahma Group, a world-class industrial construction, project management and maintenance company, have entered into an agreement for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of clean, renewable solar energy projects for commercial and industrial businesses and organizations across the U.S.

Vivint Solar will provide the financing, sales, and related services for the new commercial and industrial projects while Brahma Group, along with its partner Hunt Electric, will oversee the construction and engineering of those projects. Brahma Group has been rated one of the safest industrial contractors in the U.S. and has active solar projects nationwide.
